The honest math

$29 a year covers our database, our nightly backups, our AI yearly review, and the trial-end nudge. There's no investor expecting 100x. We'd rather charge a little than a lot of nothing.

If 90 seconds and one good moment a day isn't worth eight cents, you won't get value out of the product anyway. The trial is long enough to find out.

Common questions

What happens after the trial?
On day 31 we ask you to add a card. If you don't, the app locks until you subscribe — but your entries stay safe. Come back anytime, pay $29, pick up where you left off.
Can I cancel?
Yes — anytime, from Settings. You keep access through the end of the billing period. Within 14 days of payment, ask for a pro-rata refund and we'll process it.
Can I export my journal?
Anytime. Markdown for reading, JSON for everything else — entries, tags, version history, timestamps. Your data isn't held hostage, including after you cancel.
Is my journal private?
Yes. We don't read your entries and we never use them to train anything. They're stored encrypted at rest. The AI yearly review only sends entries when you click Generate, and the model provider operates with zero data retention on those calls. (Subprocessors are listed on the privacy page.)
Will I get a lot of email?
No — just occasional emails. Sign-in links when you ask, a heads-up when your trial is about to end, and the rare product update. Nothing more.
Do I need an app store?
No. Save Your Days is a Progressive Web App — open it in Safari or Chrome, "Add to Home Screen," and it behaves like a native app, push notifications and all.
Will the price go up?
Possibly. If it does, your existing subscription stays at $29 for life — that's a promise.
